Συνήθως αν όχι πάντα δίνουν τέτοια codes σε events που κάνει η Riot(τζάμπα άλλο ότι μεταπωλούνται απο παίχτες αργότερα) όπως π.χ. το event για το Greek Client που έγινε στη Αθήνα λογικά θα δώσουν και στο event που θα κάνουν στην Δ.Ε.Θ :). Στην Αθήνα ήταν ο Riot Nasus, στην GamesCom ήταν ο Full Metal Rammus k o Riot Graves , στο Pax Prime θα είναι λογικά η Arcade Sona κτλπ κτλπ

you can change that option dask, but only if you are on the homepage... for some reason for me at least in the other pages it does not change the server from the drop down menu above , only if you go to the main page :). Try that and tell me :).
