it's about what you know to play better. if i was you , i'd probably start a Spellhowler. spellhowlers for low rates servers are the master key of success for me.

you can do it with two ways , jscript-python ( quest based NPC ) and java. you choose what to do. if you do it via jscript , simply take the custom quest for hero weapons and modify it. if you do it via java , search for the proper file to modify or create a new instance.
