A leecher is someone who "steals" people's work. For example, If I copy all shares from MxC to another forum WITHOUT credits then I am a leecher. *Credits, I mean to give the source where I find those shares.

If you want to handle 500 players then you should rent another rootserver. You have no chance to host so many players with this one. First of all your internet connection is a bit low, as I can see your upload speed is just 3.5mbit. You ask for a rootserver which will cost less than 100 euros and will handle 500 people? No way... If you want to keep those people with no lag then start thinking of a rootserver which will cost you 150-170 euros per month.

I am not a advertiser of this company or smth like that :P But I strongly recommend www.ngz-server.de . I just have tested this company and I am very satisfied ;)
