the respawn time you can change it on spawnlist mate 10 seconds it's the "retail" of your spawn so just spawn your boss go to your table spawnlist on yourdatabase find the boss id and change the respawn delay min/max

you have to decrypt the bmp files with name sp_32b_01.bmp (only this and when you make your splash screen you just change numbers and save them) and sp_256_01.bmp too (do the same only this and when you make your splash screen just change numbers). when you decrypt your splash screens open them on photoshop and follow this guide
