your new problem is related with ur mysql password, check ur configs at server.properties

This error has nothing to do with L2J, it didn't even tried to load GameServer.java from l2jserver.jar, that means that the source of this error is the incorrect installment of the java required programs or you are oom reisntall jre1.7 and jdk and make sure u get the one with same bits as your system
