Difference between interface.u and interface.xdat

Interface.u is all based on HEX-amical layout. Goes mostly for In-game sheets, names, paragraphs,bars,titles, where Interface.xdat goes mostly for layout design content. I hope it answer your question :) -

The problem with most players in the server is that they expect their usual fun/pvp servers where only F1 and Dash presents. Well, thats not a thing anymore. Here you need, timing, knowledge, and correct execution of all your skills to be effective. Whoever played low rate servers will know what to do, rest will just keep raging (fail sever) because of their incompetence and lack of knowledge on the game. Have a nice day.

Hello MaxCheaters, Recently i tried to make new addition to my server, but i once again need your help to get there. I've been searching a lot into client files, about how to change the Grade Icon, or add one to items that doesn't have (ex. Adena) and i found out they are variables into grp files located in system folder. They vary from 1 till 5 as each number represents different grade. 1. D 2.C 3.B 4.A 5.S What i need is , HOW to add new grade ? I don't want to edit the ones that already exist. (I don't need it to be updated into database, where u set item grade so it can be enchanted) so it could work only through client as for the grades i`m gonna use ain't gonna be enchantable items. There's a file symbolname-e that contains numbers/ID's from 101 till 105 for every grade as well as pointed path to its texture / ex. symbol.grade_s / , but that doesn't help me to just add new and change the numbers into grp files. Why? Because at symbolname, ID is 101 and into grp is number from 1-5.... and i`m stuck. Please if u have clue about it, let me know.

Yes. Everything works perfect with the portable version of xdat editor [Download Here]. Also, thank you for the advice about interface.xdat , It worked perfect and now i have my textures just as i want them. Time to advance to the next step. Thank you all, for helping me through this!

Hello, MaxCheaters. I have recently tried to edit, L2UI_CH3 by decrypting it and taking out one image from it to edit it, and put it back, but now i am experiencing critical errors while attempting to run the game [INTERLUDE] .Since i edited the image, i named it the same way as the original, save it as TGA format, and imported it in the L2UI_CH3, when i also deleted the original. But now, everytime i run the game with the newly edited L2UI_CH3, my game crash with a critical error. After i had a research on internet, most of people said that u can't rly encrypt official utx, so you have to make new one. Thats fine, but since its not a weapon or whatever, how am i supposed to tell the client where to choose for my newly edited texture? I have edited inventory_back image from L2UI_CH3, and i need help to make it work. (there's the image i edited)

Its not really hard to be done, but it takes a little bit of tasks. •There have to be made a textures file, containing the icons for those non-interlude ability icons. [Thats what i`ll try to make in next few moments] •And o course some tiny modifications and additions. System files (Skillname,Skillgrp) and server side .xml's. I`ll keep editing this post and if you find anything add it here as well, so we lock the topic with ready formulated answer so anyone next in a need , can be of use without new posts.

9/10 the only thing i don't like is the stroke on ur text. it would fit more with only drop shadow,without stroke. Personal Opinion, rest is great.

Hello, MaxCheaters, Once again i came by to ask for your help. What i am looking for this time is a way to edit or modify, the types of weapons i can't augment. Such as D grade and No Grade items.It might be easy, it might be not - all i ask is how can i make (ex. D grade weapons) augmentable? -

Solved it. Its from the last four numbers " -1 -1 -1 -1 where first line -1, goes 4 and the augment effect follows. -
