Looking good pvp server on c4

I can't find any pvp server with normal enchant rate ( 50-80%) i looked for it everywhere but in the end i found nothing :(

 

Maybe you can recommend good c4 pvp server? ( 1000x or bigger) with normal enchant rate :)  Thnx
