Just promote to g.mods peoples who have help really the forum and they are friends of you time ago.

Such as Noble.Anyway I have to agree with Finito's opinion.

i have unbanned vorfin, noble, goddess, and are more to come back....

Also,you should start rewarding people sharing,with other ways.You can see,karma is useless now
