you can use navicat

Download Navicat [ the specific version of your software] and normally make a new connection [ up and left corner of programm's window] and at the end fill it with your info .  :)

im comfused. i want to have remote access. what has to do with creating a new connection?

"New Connection" is a choice image in navicat! Download it and you will see what I mean!

When you install mysql on the password setup you have to click the public bla bla then by using the ip from the pc which run the server you can login in the database.

no.. you must have navicat.. make a new connection and put on your host/ip (dont remember) your server ip...
