Enchant rates are 65% for Weapon 60% for armor and 55% for Jewels.For Blessed Scrolls Enchant rates are 75% for Weapon,70% for armor,65% for Jewels. Safe +4 Max +20. Epic failed server with only  20 ppl with 1.5k downloads from 4shared. This server is for sure l2daze (not easy farm) f.
