I need information on a client modding

I would need to understand how to decrypt the file which contains the lineage2 modelli3d of weapons so that they can edit and put them in client

can someone help me?

I tried many ways to find those 3D models but I can not xD

so if you can give me a guide or explain below or in pvt there would be very grateful
