Fail server / Gm Friends with blb staff for oly (not in shop, they mean craftet ;)

My friend try get duelist hero ...he have shild passiv and other actives and one other with NO actives but Full recs etc crt him 3k while he crt 1k..mybe +40 armor? I told GM and he banned me now Dominator Hero is Banned :S
