[HELP]Problem With Other Headphones

Hey MaxCheaters,I need a help with my friend's headphones.the problem is that the pc doesn't recognize the headphones .the headphones didn't include any driver and it's from Turbo-X.When i go to the Sound Options via Control Panel,there is nothing about headphones.

yes it recognises other devices

yes it's with usb and two other wires
