And i dont know where I have to look for the file that i must edit. He said network/clientpackets/UseItem.java but i dont know where i should look for it.

If you use eclipse just hit ctrl+shift+t and enter useitem there. It'll automatically find and open the class for you

When i press cr+shit+t appears : "In order to create a type, a porject must bre created first..."

 

I´m really noob in java, can you explain me better or other solution?

You need to have source files.
