I used the 7.0 is better but the cs1 (i am noob U_U)

CS1 isn't correct name, it's CS or 8.0.

 

Anyway, I don't see any problem about working with CS, I can create the same graphics in 7.0 as in CS5.. Newer versions are just more compatible with win7, have better performance and more shining and pretty not really important addons.

 

Like you mentioned, you are newbie, but as for newbie it's pretty nice ;)
