u can get the elegia gear in less then 30 min but u will get pked every minute ..... u can't farm w/o beeing pked...

There is a peace farming area for newcommers.

the peace area have ~6 mobs and they drop like half the mobs drop in the normal area and takes almost same time to kill the ones in hellbound or in peace zone....
