Mastery skill bug with augument

I was playing HB server and mastery skill was bugged when u click it on and do buffs you get double time. When i was making augument before i augument the weapon i was clicking mastery and sometimes not every time but from 3/1 i was getting double augument like +30 p attack and down again +30 p attack. I hope it works in your server also you can try it.

i didn't understood very well..

i was clicking mastery and sometimes not every time but from 3/1 i was getting double augument

also at my house 3/1 is 300% that means more then sure.. maybe u meant 1/3
