yep, this npc it's for lvl up not for de-level, thx for share byorion.

unusefull imo, since ppl better kill mobs to take xp, and if u want them to grow fast, than do some custom mobs 1hit/ max lvl  > npc

there a way to addapt it for de-level??? // hay una forma de adaptarlo a de-level??? // de-level = -1(-2, -3, etc) lvl
