[Help] Error - Too many Connections

Hello, i have a problem guys :( i had an old pack, and i wanted to change it. I changed the pack, and i made a backup, and then extracted the backup as .sql file. then i executed the sql file with success, but i have a problem here. The first time i open the server, it opens normally, but if i close it and open it again, when it loads the clans it spams an error message "Too many connections" :( if i delete all things in clan_data table it works fine :S any idea what can i do?
