[HELPZ]Sound icon is missing in Windows XP.

I bought one netbook before one year and before 5 days a problem appeared. Sound icon is missing, i tryied many times to fix it. I went on control pannel but it is missing from there too! Do u have any ideas anout what teh fuck is going on? Damn, i wanna watch one piece on that netbook!!11  >:( Ok thx.
