Helloz. I have for you AiO Buffer pack for l2j Freya.  :D

Inside u can find:

 

• XML file with custom AiO buffs (it does not change any skill in game just add new one)
          All buffs time is 1h, cast and reuse time decreased.
  
• Script for add AiO skills to any character
          A script which connect to your database and add skills, dyes, change character level and name.
  
• Client side patch which allow client do display skills :P

You can't do this with this share. If you want something like this you should make aiobuffer core side.

umm i got it working but when i use one of the AIO skills it vanishes right away, i have checked the time ect its fine, any help?

Check your skills restriction in configs/character so every player can hae whatever skill they want.That is a bit risky btw, so add a code in core side so it allows only AiO players use those skills.
