What do u mean with EnchantSkill (+30=100%)? that u can enchant skill till +30 with 100% chance?

And what do u mean with max critical 1000? critical rate max 1000 or max critical dmg 1000?

And btw "MatckSpd" is called "Casting Speed" ..
