Lineage 2 Private server (Help)

Hi l2 players..

I want to open my private server..

My PC have

4 x cores 2,4

4 GB ram

250 GB hard

(and others)  my internet conection

 

640kbps/128kbps 5GHz (wireless)

 

and I dont have router..

So can i create server so my friends can join ??

yes he can. he asked if he can run it for his friends. in that case hardware is ok. but the only question remains how many friends he has? :D
