If you are mage, put your magic attack to F1, and put sit to F2.

Tap the two buttons quickly, and the cast will be fast.

If u didn't understood it how can u tell it doesnt works?

Anyway his point is to put /sit on bar and when u cast a magic skill press fast the shortcut for sit..

P.S.: But yeah ur right it doesn't works on almost all srvs.
