Just talk with some developers and ask to make you a pack.

i have got a project based on it and got almost daily update we are on rev 327 (Changed 2 timelines)

Latest (not public) archid's pack is really pro. I know Setekh (owner) he's a really cool guy, look for him, maybe he's willing to sell it.
