How to make NPC where u can choise for who siege to register ?

 

i try with :

how can i make one NPC where u can register for all siege without going to the original places .

 

For example :

 

One NPC in giran when u open NPC it will show you all sieges to all towns and when u choice one castle to show u original HTML of the real NPC .

 

Can i make this all in One NPC ? ( that npc will be spawn in Giran Town , so u dont have to go any castle for check the original npc when will be next siege or who is register ... )
