[request] Applying patch in eclipse guide

As the topic says, I would like to see a really really good guide for applying patches in eclipse.

 

I've tried the search button, only found WoW stuff, although i found one topic with the same problem, and there was a link there to a topic that didn't work.

 

So, is there something i've missed or?

 

I'm just trying to add a patch in eclipse before i compile, and i don't know how to do that, i've tried:

team->apply patch->and then put my patch there, but it doesn't excists in the src.

 

So please someone, give me a link, call me a noob for failing at searching, just give me an awesome guide :D
