worst guide ever...no pvp tactics, no hunting grounds....

 

summoner's pve set is blue wolf light...gives c.speed, pdef, mana regen from +3 MEN

 

you dont take away MEN with dyes, cuz it affects mana regen...you take away INT

 

- actually you dont even need to change weapons and armor... just B grade BW light + any sword with acumen is enough to xp till lvl 80 and go straight for dinasty

 

- pvp all you do is run in circles while the cat hits, if your enemy is a melee class...keep both hp's high while doing that...use some noob spells to trigger cubics

- if not a melee class, but a long range one, go hit, specially in olympiad , you can interrupt mages cast using noob spells (before interlude)

 

- vs dagger, keep targeting/hitting him to not take backstab

- vs duelist, keep healling urself with arcane agility + tp ON

- vs titan, be ready to turn summon UD on in case of frenzy and run a lot for 1 minute

 

 

*ARCANA LORD IS THE WEAKEST SUMMONER FOR BOTH, PVP / PVE..has no aoe skill, the exclusive buff is wind walk that can be removed by elemental summoners, and the feline king skills sucks a lot, feline queen has one good buff, but its not useful for you at olympiad like EM buffs are

 

*Augment skill is a bad thing now in the newest chronicles, there are better ones to go for

in my opinion, summoner class has its different job to full potential.

 

not much designed to go oly, but they are so cheap in hunting, say u only uses BeastSS, while other clases needs to buy SSB/A/S. this mean u can going non-stop hunting in almost any area (especialy EM). if u can do automation/macros, summoner is ur money machine.

 

binding cubic and grip of the cat are ur adventages, make it stronger by enchanting it. at lvl 80 u can enchant feline king to lvl 82 by giving +4power. this will make ur hold-skill and paralyze landing quite higher.  keep ur summoner away as far as u can from ur enemy. that only AL can survive much longer than other summoner with their basic CON. so they are very effective for versus light/robe. AL is not that good in pvp with heavy classes. so u better avoid them in pvp.

 

binding cubic is your Ace card as arcana lord.

1st, casting speed with acumen, health/defensive skill (SA)

2nd, nobles bonus skill for P.DEF and/or M.DEF

3rd, additional HP/CP (dyes/shirt+4)

4th, light/robe armors for bonus stats (paralyze,stun,hold,etc) < this work nicely with IGwalker, which u can view ur opponent info(equips/class) only for olympiad/pvp

5th, it is all about defense-run and let ur servitor finish the job.

 

that spinning slash is non-targeted AoE, quite effetive on a party monster with weak p.def (mons which uses magic to attack is ur prey), that bcoz ur cat do physical damage.

 

 

ps; u can get the +4 shirt S-grade for additional CP in fantasy isle for 4k FI coins

well, everything changed now, since the summoner skills affects the servitor

 

so what used to be good in the past, isnt good anymore

 

so... since the Freya High Five summoners earns a new skill:

 

Servitor Share (level 83): Extends the summoner's abilities to the servitor. Using the summoner's abilities as the basis, extends to the servitor P. Atk./P. Def. by 50%, M. Atk./M. Def. by 25%, Max HP/MP by 10%, critical rate by 20%, Atk. Spd. by 10%, and Casting Spd. by 3%.

 

means that the more patk, critical , atk speed the summoner has through buffs , equipments and weapons, the more will be the bonus in the servitor

 

so if you use only magic equipments and acumen stuff, men and wit dyes, and nothing for HP, atk speed and critical, the fighting abilities of ur servitor will be like shiit

 

well 1 thing is sure: dont use blunt acumen...sword acumen adds some extra critical considering this

 

i have to mess up with the cloass to be sure about whats the best setup, since the good old setups are no longer effective (magic setup + skill augment)
