+4 con is much more better in some situations instead of +1 wit...

why do u propose enchanting hurricane on power? I think that it's better on wind vulnerability...at least that's what I see mostly from playing pvps against sphs...

The reason is that wind vulnerability only works vs other ppl who has wind in their weapon, and it decrease weapon atribute atk power.
