to send it for service I must first do a format cause everything in there is downloaded :x

and to do a format I must first transfer my needed files

why yo make format?  i have send it 3-4 to service with full warez programs.... (but i have official wiindows)

ΝΟΟΟΟΟΟΟΟΟΟΟΟ DONT FORMAT THE PC.

the problem is on graphics card, unplug it and plug it again.

yep

 

the only way to fixe it is formating :)

are you computer technician?  then?

your monitor is new...? i mean hd or something and your graphic card old..?

one of my friend got the same problem cause he buy a new monitor HD and his graphic was old and he buy a new HD graphic card and everything its ok now...

SO here's the deal:

 

monitor is fine checked

unpluged and repluged the graphics card (didn't work)

Formated windows (worked for 5 minutes, and then same shit)

Fortunately I found my warranty witch is set to expire in one year.

So last thing to do is to send it for a service and then I hope everything will be ok.
