Ok try this, it might look stupid, but try it. Disable your Local Area Connection and then re-enable it, it sounds retarded as fuck, but thats how i managed to enter the forum today (had the same issue)

well it depends on ur mysql version too the the higher the version the higher the wait time, wait for it to finish. Also try using the forums.

loled db istall failed thats why reinstall db

u didn't set the correct mysql data in the configs.
