so if i understand well you mean you need it private ...hmmm you must create new project and press free public private plan(if i remember good)

If you need a closed-source project, which will be private, you'll have to pay assembla. It's not a free option.

Another alternative is to create your project in Xp-Dev, which has a private plan option.
