Server had 250 online+++ after start and now its growing

     Rates:

   * XP: 65x

   * SP: 65x

   * Party XP: 1x

   * Party SP: 1x

   * Adena: 80x

   * Drop: 40x

   * Spoil: 40x

   * Q-Drop: 15x

   * Q-Reward: 15x

   * Q-XP/SP: 15x

 

     Enchant:

   * Enchant rate: 66% (blessed same, items don't burn after fail enchant)

   * Enchant safe: 3

   * Enchant max: Weapon: 25

   * Armor: 15

   * Juwel: 15

 

     Buffs:

   * Buffer: Comfortable buffer.

   * Special buff system. (you can't debuff other players with Propercy of *, and other useless buffs.)*

   * Special self buff system. (self resists,increses more balance.)

   * Buff time: 2hours.

   * Buff slot: 20 + 4 Divine Inspiration.

   * Dance/Song slot: 12

 

     General:

   * Our server is using Lineage 2 Epilogue Client.

   * No Corruption.

   * Normal farm. (I mean, you don't need 1 or 2 months to get full gear)

   * Fair Donations. (Donation doesn't affect gameplay)

   * Every clan will get free Ventrilo channel. (for better game quality)

   * NPC buffer.

   * Shop until low A grade.

   * Mats shop.

   * Special CC/NP/PvP arena GK.

   * Vitality system is specially remaked for our server. It is consuming and replenshing slowly and gives up to 35% bonus Experience.

   * Working big part of Epilogue zones including quests

   * Working Dynasty, Icarus and Vesper items

   * Working Weapon/Jewelry Augmentation System, Weapon/Armor Attribute Refine system

   * Correctly working new Gracia continent with airships and Seeds

   * All skills up to Gracia Part 2 is working correctly. Gracia Final skills is still under development, but they are working too.

   * Working Instanced Dungeons Kamaloka, Pailaka, Crystal Caverns

   * Hellbound Isle is raised up to 11 level, so players can do quests and advance faster

Go on why ? when i logged i saw 3 players in giran and one crafter with dynasty robe set . With so many players/shops in giran i can't belive that you have 250+

Actually yes,95% of server are from Lithuania so they speak in Lithuanian...
