@ED: if i would report an admin i would be insane and you could call me mad...since i do not report an admin and i report a member i can do it and i can report anything i do NOT like!(according to the rules of course)...if you remember i always let myself being reported whenever some1 believed i was an abuser! obviously none of you let themselves receive a report . im not a mod careerist...

 

about my past being a BanHammer®,my bans were all the same and wright... i used to ban even staff members , VIPs, MEGA donators for abuse and flames...(Frank,Dariouse,GrisoM,DarkTerror,Ventic,gerero,theend when he was apollo,nosfekain  and many others)...BanHammer® is a self owned title and not a group neither i revolt ppl to make a group...i was always against groups dividing users-staff(CHECK June 18th 2010 for that...

So what ? Nobody can tell me what to say , who to report , when & at which position because rules are rules for everyone. (Not exceptions) Even if maxtor do something bad... ppl will start to get angry.. especially if it is something about donators so they will get against him. At least me when i was global mod. i was good at my job and i never got reported!

As he did with me, you "flamed" (if you can call that a flame) but he knows you are not gonna get demoted nor banned, he just made this topic trying to put ppl against you as he did with me.

 

Instead of trying to resolve the problem he made this thread > mature mature i'd say ^^

 

in the end nothing will change, he will feel like "omgz i won" while the truth is that nothing changed :)

You guys dont understand what Noble try to say.

 

The fact that someone is in the staff doesn't mean hes invincible and can forget about rules easily and i dont talk about this case but in general. Exactly thats why nobody respect non of you amongst the members, what goes around comes around you know.

The fact that Noble made this report just an example of this...sometimes even moderators can be/should be reported.

 

While i dont agree with Noble in most of the things he says hes right in 1 thing and thats many ppl who end up in the staff doesnt matter what position we talk about suddenly start to act like a "superior" of others and nobody report it because than they end up dekarmed to -4 and banned or instantly banned.

 

Overall the fact is NOBODY can be a simple user or moderator act with respect to rules and the other member behind the pc(just take for example gost) so that kind of reports are useless because with that reason you can bann 95% of the forum.

a simple member cannot confront a staff member (a global mod or w/e or a simple uploader) but my opinion is... rules are for everyone and if someone make wrong move's break the rules of the forum must be punish <3

You've talked about groups, you've talked about me dividing the members into thieves and good guys, you've said that I try to threat members.All those things, are showing disrespect to me and the staff too.The whole case started with a god damn image I made in photoshop, which helped you find a reason to start this madness.

 

Now listen to me carefully.I have the right to answer you, I have the right to ban you, I have the right to do anything, since I find it inappropriate for the page I moderate.Do you want me to speak like a dictator? Have I ever shown any dictator-behavior? No.
