put only dynasty or apella armour with  a little stats than S grade and delete rebirth system

Looks pretty awesome, though imho ONLY Dynasty is enough.

if he delete's custom armor and rebirth then many ppl join server, make fast lvl [500 xp] enchant few times go pvp and after say " it's so booring" and leave server :)

 

let the rebirth and custom armor [if it's balanced] then you'll not get bored fast :D

The enchantrate will stay as it is, cause there alraidy are many features that will make the char strong.. and if people would have ++ weapons that would only make it more unballanced.
