The best way is to do it by Yourself! Dont download it, try to create something by You own, and You'll see that will make You better feeling than downloaded from somewhere.

And you dont need photoshop... check paint :D

I made it with paint...

 

It isn't easy to make a crest with more colors etc in a too small image... It's 16x2 if I am not wrong... As polkklik said try to do it by ur own...

Download crest from www then add text (gm) and u have nice crest :]

Do this, with any image editor, Paint sucks but also fits, create new image with like  3x more size than the crest, zoom, draw it, make the things visible and with colors that contrast otherwise when u reduce they will suck, i did some nice ones this way, and like that crest is for our gm clan ill help ya if you want :D
