I've searched all day in Force of the Gods but couldn't found Blacksmith of Wind Rooney. Only found black smith Vucan. Lineage2.stratics.com tell that there are more than 10 place Blacksmith of Wind Rooney could appear. I 'm looking for detail information about this.

cause blacksmith of wind rooney has +10 spawn points in FOG u have to bring a big party and search the place ;) Thats the only thing u can do...sorry :(
