Get contacts that play on official and have for a longtime. Completely rewrite L2J so it works like it should than test test and re-test and when you think you have fixed all the bugs test some more :P Don't rent a server...own it. If you are truely passionate about having one of the best servers out there it will show in your work you just need to have patience. Don't rush into a PlugNPlay server like 95% of the current servers did.
