L2j Buffer Problem

Ok...i made a interlude server with l2j...but the "Heal" at buffer doesnt work.Players click "Heal" on buffer and nothing happens...

 

And the console looks like this

 

 

 

 

PS: how do i add command .online at server?

Share init.py somewhere and let me fix.
