They will be balanced only in good servers and official ofc but in l2 java wannabe servers they will suck.

i agree to this too 100% there is more then 80 % suck java servers so thats why L2 looks unbalanced if you try official or normal good  server yuoll see the difference !

about freya well there isn't any private server with full freya features so i can't say it for sure but i think it will be more balanced as final/epi cause of the armor attribute about the new skills lets see ^^
