No, because the key is based on the hardware ID code it generates. You have to give the HWID code a dVamp reseller for an unlock key and they charge for it.

That one is a little harder to get, the previous dvamp release can be found easily but not the 1.75mb one.

Does not work with the 1.75mb files, already tried it.
