This is a npc where you can

buy

 weapons (D-S84 grade),

 soulshots,

 weapon enchants (+ blessed),

 attribute stones and crystals,

 consumables for augment (only top ls, gem C and gem B),

and add or remove an augment for a weapon.

 

 

NPC created for l2j Epilogue.
