Enchant Rate : 75%

Blessed Rate : 100%

Crystal Rate : 100%

 

Only blessed and crystal are 100% :)

this server safe=max dont exist.

Yes L2 Liberators is extremely easy....make  a mage and you are done....but because you have +20 doesn't mean you will be very good...still some players can kill you very easily..."with the same gear'(I hope)

Yeah theres no server with safe=max.What u can do is join in a server with low enchanting rates. Recently ive tried www.l2gang.com  , its epilogue , safe +3, max +10 , rate 33%    , rates x2k. Its HR with low enchants.
