[Help]Can't run build.xml , tried to all projects, reinstalled java & eclipse.

Guys please help, what is going on? I have eclipse galileo, i have installed java, configured eclipse as Extremedwarf says in his guide, but when i try to run build.xml it doesn't run. At console it doesn't say nothing, it says above the console <terminated> Here the file i have build.xml. What is going on ???

the console should open up the window and start to print out the log of the compile there you can see whats the problem

oh i didn't mention i have error when install subeclipse, both 1.4 and 1.6. error:

window -> preferences -> java -> installed JREs check which java you use JRE or JDK if JRE set it to JDK

wait, i deleted everything related to java and i download again. let's see, the latest update of jdk 6.20
