You can follow the below steps in order to change the server name:

1.Click the "Manage Advanced DNS Settings" link on your Domain Control Panel.

2.Click the "Change Name Servers" button.

3.Do one of the following:

      . Enter additional name server host names in the "Additional" fields.

      . Replace the primary and secondary name server host names with those of your new domain name host.

4.Click the "Submit" button.

As far as i know, it only works on Win Server 2003 x64

all works perfectly in this tutorial, but when you do restart the server all lose their char level, i was behind the problem and discovered that the sqls are incompatible to the server.
