you can lvl at the rifht boss from 10 till 13 not only from 12 to 13

Crystals people have left on the ground while they level another crystal I guess :)

 

I usually start making crystals around lvl 50 on the harits and get them to 5... then do the grind to 6something then go to the Doom Knights and take them to 10... you'd be amazed how many crystals you can do at the harits from lvl 50-58ish (depending on server rate ofc.)

For Lv. 10 to 12 you need to kill fat Raid Bosses, btw.
