Damn a little help

I'm trying to insert phx and when i running l2.exe then the icon stuck and when i'm looking on the task manager for l2.exe it stuck at 56.500 K memory exactly.Then the l2.exe closes but my memory boosts up until my ram fucking up and i must restart my computer. I tried to clean system/gameguard killers/ and i runned l2.exe without phx too and again the same problem.

 

Any ideas what's going on?
