wow a server like i was looking for. ultra high rates with retail buffs limit! (just dont have time to play low/mid rate nowdays work etc...)

make the enchant rate 66% for fighters and mage 60% or 55%, summenor buff 20min. enchant safe+5 and max can be unlimited. with +15 safe enchant like u said its its just too much to enchanting tiill get to full safe.

Yea do that if you want to have another lame star wars server with gloving weapons.... Just leave it on 55% as it is now, im sure even that is too high and with those rates people will max it out in a day or two.... Server with 5k rates could be fun if it had ppl and if everything worked as it should but i kinda doubt people will be joining that much, atleast factor clans wont since it's too much l2j style...

thats why i want that he decrease the safe enchant to +5. he can do it retail like to +3 too.

Ohhh lol i didnt notice that safe is +15, thats just silly or in other words lame, my advice would be do decrease it to +3 if you want to attract any atleast little serious players.
