killer_007 Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 There's no guide in it, just experiment with small steps increasing these values, for future admins please consider that this may even crash your PC if you don't know what threads/most of the settings are. I'm posting this because as you said: p.s. Im Sharing here that guide I found in the WEB...Im NOT responsable if this Guide will destroy or damage your computer (if it will ). No offense, really this is a valuable one (there are more in the topic posted by banished on l2jserver forums), but you should REALLY watch out what the hell you change before you change it :) Quote

Linwelin Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 personaly i think most of these tweaks are a waste of time, if your going to run a l2 server you mayaswell do it properly or dont do it at all running a server from a home pc is useless and lagy, i would stay away from these tweaks and get your self a dedicated server you can get one cheap enough to start you off with and go from there. Sunrise-networkz.com Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Agree with Linwelin, that's how we do it, Powerful and Stable Dedicated servers, on stable GBit Ports. Quote

Sunrise-networkz.com Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Oh, there are Several Data Centers which can you offer you True 1 GBit in and out, if you got the cash for it. Quote
GoDofAdeN Posted December 1, 2007 Author Posted December 1, 2007 I know...BUT NEVER you will Get more than 100mbit In and Out...Im Sure About it. Quote
Sunrise-networkz.com Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 Lol, where do you live? In the middle of the jungle? I can push my Gbit port to the limit, the FDC Network does allow that. Quote
