[Help] I need a little help with texture modding

I guys i new in this forum....I read this nice guide http://www.maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=65468.0 for texture mod...i create my custom texture in photoshop (OK) later i import the files tga in Unreal ED create the shader..etc etc but later when i log in my server i dont see the animation...only custom texture  :((( why i dnt see animation??? where i wrong??? pls help me guys :(( and srry my bad english

maybe in your system files ... check weapongrp or armorgrp ;)

i check....but i always dnt see animation :(( only the texture....ex:my shield should have the reflection ....but nothing :(

maybe you don't save tga o dds just alphachannel, and remember when make a effect put alpha texture in selfilumination and in selfiluminationmask animation =)
